2 Philadelphia rental companies carry equipment commonly used for holiday parties. Holiday gatherings often mean hosting more people than a home holds. A heated tent, extra tables and chairs, and warm lighting extend the space.
General guidance for planning a rental like this — from the PartyRents editorial team, not specific to any one company.
Photo and 360° booths need a modest flat footprint (roughly 8×8 ft) and a nearby outlet. Pick a location with good light and easy guest access.
Lighting and sound gear needs accessible outlets or a generator, plus a safe cable run. Walk the space ahead of time to spot where power and speakers should go.
Popular dates — spring and summer weekends, holidays, and graduation season — fill weeks or months out. Reserving early gives you the best selection and pricing; last-minute is possible but limits your options.
Ask exactly what’s included: delivery radius and fees, whether setup and teardown are handled for you, and the drop-off/pickup windows. Line these up with your venue’s access hours.
Reputable operators clean and inspect equipment between rentals. It’s reasonable to ask how inventory is sanitized and maintained, especially for inflatables and anything guests touch or eat from.
Get the deposit, cancellation, and bad-weather terms in writing before you pay. Knowing the rain or high-wind policy in advance protects your budget if conditions change.
