Tents for shelter at scale, a stage and AV for presentations, and enough seating for the whole group.
A bounce house to keep kids busy, seating for the adults, and a concession machine — the core of most casual get-togethers.
A bounce house or water slide, a couple of yard games, and a popcorn or snow-cone machine cover a birthday crowd.
General guidance for planning a rental like this — from the PartyRents editorial team, not specific to any one company.
A standard bounce house needs roughly a 15×15 ft flat area plus a few feet of clearance on every side and overhead. Note gates, slopes, and low branches before you book so the unit actually fits.
Most inflatables run on a continuous blower and need a grounded outlet within about 50–100 ft, or a generator. Water slides also need a hose connection and a plan for drainage.
Grass is ideal for staking; hard surfaces need sandbags instead. Reputable operators pause or postpone in high wind or storms — ask about the weather and refund policy up front.
Plan for adult supervision, group children by size, and confirm the unit is commercial-grade and regularly cleaned. Ask whether an attendant is available if you want hands-off supervision.
Order to your confirmed guest count plus a small buffer for walk-ins and gift or food tables. A common mix is 8 guests per 60-inch round or per 8-ft banquet table.
Some rentals include drop-off and pickup; others are customer-pickup only. Clarify whether stacking, placement, and return staging are included so there are no surprises on event day.

For busy spring and summer weekends, holidays, and graduation season, reserve a few weeks to a couple of months ahead for the best selection. Off-peak dates are more flexible.
